Our products are designed specifically for use with FiveM, a modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V. We do not guarantee compatibility with other platforms, game versions, or modification frameworks unless explicitly stated.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased digital assets for personal or server use within FiveM. This license does not transfer ownership of the assets to you.

One purchase grants a license for use on one (1) FiveM server unless otherwise specified. Multi-server licenses or bulk licensing may be available upon request. Contact us at our Discord for inquiries.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing and discounts are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.
Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your purchased assets. Download links are typically provided via email and through your account dashboard.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Please review product descriptions, images, and any available previews carefully before purchasing.

All assets, designs, code, and content created by Redneck Modifications remain the intellectual property of RNM. Your purchase grants you a license to use the assets, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
The Redneck Modifications name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of RNM. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
Some assets may be inspired by or reference real-world vehicles, equipment, or brands. These references are for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with those brands.
Our products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product quality and compatibility, but FiveM environments vary significantly, and we cannot guarantee universal compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redneck Modifications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
We provide customer support through our Discord server. Support is offered in good faith and does not include extensive customization, server configuration, or development services.
We may release updates to products at our discretion. Updates are typically provided free of charge to existing customers, but we reserve the right to release major updates or new versions as separate products.
Redneck Modifications is a GOV-X verified vendor, offering discounts to verified first responders, military personnel, and government employees. GOV-X verification is subject to GOV-X's own terms and conditions.
Some of our products may be available through FiveBundle subscription services. Use of FiveBundle products is subject to both these Terms and FiveBundle's separate terms of service.
