REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by Redneck Modifications are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a purchase is completed and download links are provided, the transaction is considered final.

We are unable to offer refunds on digital products that have been downloaded, as there is no way to verify that the files have been deleted from your system.

EXCEPTIONS

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours)
• Technical issues preventing download (if unresolved by support)
• Product significantly different from description
• Accidental purchase (if download links have not been accessed)

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

• Join our Discord server and open a support ticket
• Include your order number and email address
• Provide a detailed explanation of the issue

PROCESSING TIME

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

CHARGEBACKS

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in being banned from future purchases. We encourage customers to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute with their payment provider.
